Jesse's unit: 443rd AAA Battalion

   Jesse provided a lot of photographs taken during his tour in the Army. He must have carried a camera with him through most of his unit's troop movements. The 443rd experienced wide and varied theaters of operations. A lot of the photographs have comments written on the back, giving a very interesting and keen insight into his thoughts and feelings.
